Robust sales development and solid earnings in Q2 2020/21 despite continued lockdowns
METRO and METRO customers have systematically developed new revenue streams and adopted more efficient and flexible processes since last year. With sales in local currency reducing by -11.9% in Q2 2020/21, the wholesaler came through the current lockdown phase resiliently despite extensive restrictions in the gastronomy sector.
